Rob has a decade of experience in the agriculture industry, roles as a hired hand for a farmer and as a Crop Consultant at a chemical retailer. His enthusiasm for helping farmers reach their goals, along with working alongside his family, were major factors in his decision to start his own business.

Wyatt grew up on family farm in the Walla Walla Valley. He first embarked on a career in the United States Navy before deciding to return home and start a family. Wyatt has been with us since the beginning, and we are grateful to have him on our team!
